Enh Rqst 3.5.1: create directories in output path

When the output directory is a path and the first directory does not exist, it is not created on the fly (you get an error instead). I would like to see doxypress create the directories on the fly, e.g if the output directory is specified as mydocs/doxypress-output/html and mydocs does not exist then it creates mydocs and doxypress-output below that and html below that.

Should be all fixed in DoxyPress 1.3.7 which was released a few days ago.
