doxypress 1.3.5 scrollbar size

On the Build tab I noticed that if I size the window such that a scrollbar is added to the list of outputs then size of the scrollbar seems to be constant. It is always a small rectangle no matter how much material is visible and how much is out of view. It is also positioned at the bottom no matter where the highlighted topic is. I suspect this may be a bug in Copperspice rather than doxypress itself.
