QPageSize documentation bug

Lists all of the enums as being part of QPrinter. They are QPageSize enums.

    m_footerFont            = QFont( "Monospace", 10 );

    setPaperSize( QPageSize::Letter );

Changing to QPageSize allows Letter to compile.
